Darlene McNeely will be teaching Oil and Watercolor painting classes this spring. Open to adults of all experience levels.

Classes begin the first week of March and last for 8 weeks.

STATEMENT OF AIMS AND PURPOSES
The purpose of the Arkansas River Valley Arts Center Foundation, Inc. is to establish and maintain an environment conducive to growth, understanding, appreciation and involvement of the arts, both visual and performing, and to provide an opportunity for the artists and their audience to share artistic endeavors.

It is our aim to serve Arkansas, particularly the people of the Arkansas River Valley, by providing quality public programs and educational and cultural opportunities in the arts and by investing in new ways to serve and involve residents and visitors.
